Is polling station data centralized at the national level? If not, at what sub-national level(s) is it consolidated?
Are there any legal barriers preventing CSOs from accessing polling station data from the government?
Are the following pieces of information available in the list: 1) polling station names, locations and electoral constituency association, 2) number of registered voters at each station? If not, what is not available and why?

Is the timeline for the development of the polling station list clear and well-known?
Do you anticipate receiving the polling station list with enough time to analyze it and report findings while they are still relevant? For instance, in time for polling station adjustments to be made should there be critical issues?
Is there any chance some states/counties/localities polling station data would be released earlier or later?

What level of detail will polling station lists include? For instance, how specific will locality information be? What about information of stations/streams within a polling center? Voter distribution?
If applicable, will there be polling place, constituency, and voter information for overseas polling places?
Will polling station information be fully disaggregated, or also include aggregate data, such as total voter numbers, or polling station per constituency?

What is the likelihood that a fully disaggregated polling station list will be available for free on the internet? Will at least some data be available online?
If some data is not available on the internet, where can you find it?
Will any data have to be collected in person, or can it be emailed or otherwise accessed electronically? If so, what data will have to be collected in person?
Do you have to pay for access to any polling station data?

Will data regarding all polling stations in all constituencies be made available together? Or will it be released by different constituencies and have to be consolidated?

Do you have to go through any application or registration process to obtain polling station data?
Is there any reason some organizations or stakeholders would be granted access to polling station information but not others? If so, why?

Are there any prescribed limits to using polling station data that groups must adhere to? If so, what and by whom?
Do you have to agree to any terms of use before accessing polling station data? If so, what and by whom?

Are you able to access polling station data from previous elections? If not, why not?
Will access to polling station data during this election “expire” at any time?
What happens to polling station data after election day?
