Is ballot qualification information, applications, decisions on applications, and supplementary materials, consolidated at the national level? If not, at what sub-national levels is it consolidated?
Are there any legal barriers preventing CSOs from accessing ballot qualification data from the government?
What government body (or bodies) is responsible for maintaining and disseminating ballot qualification information? What about objections and appeals to ballot qualification?
Are the following pieces of information available, or will become available: 1) information on ballot eligibility, application process, and scrutiny procedures, 2) ballot qualification applications including supplementary materials (such as petitions, tax documents, etc), 3) justification for ballot rejections, 4) objections, appeals, and final rulings, 5) final candidate/party list? If not, what is not available and why not?

What is the timeline for releasing ballot qualification data? Is it rolling as applications are received or only after the process is complete?
What is the timeline for objections and appeals to ballot qualification decisions? When will that information be available?
What is the timeline for releasing the final ballot information, including the final party/candidate list for each constituency?
Do you anticipate receiving ballot qualification information with enough time to analyze it and report findings while they are still relevant? For instance, in time to include it in planned pre-election statements?

What level of detail will available ballot qualification information include? For instance, individual applications and supplementary documents such as petitions, financial documents, etc, as well as reasons for rejection in those cases?
What level of detail will available ballot qualification objections and appeals include?
What level of detail will the final candidate or party list(s) include? For instance party data, symbols, precinct information, place on ballot?

What is the likelihood that all ballot qualifications will be available for free on the internet? Will at least some data be available online?
If some data is not available for free on the internet, where can you find it?
Will any data have to be collected in person, or can it be emailed or otherwise accessed electronically? If so, what data will have to be collected in person?
Do you have to pay for access to any ballot qualification data?

Will data regarding all candidates/parties from all constituencies be made available? At the same time? If not, why not?
Will data regarding any objections or appeals to the ballot qualification process be in a consolidated format? Or reported by individual instances?

In what format will ballot qualification applications, supporting documents, and ballot qualification decisions be available? Is this machine readable?
In what format will ballot qualification appeals and objections data be available? Is this machine readable?
In what format will the final candidate/party list(s) be made available? Is this machine readable?

Do you have to go through any application or registration process to obtain ballot qualification data?
Is there any reason some organizations or stakeholders would be granted access to ballot qualification information but not others? If so, why?

Are there any prescribed limits to using ballot qualification data that groups must adhere to? If so, what and by whom?
Do you have to agree to any terms of use before accessing ballot qualification data? If so, what and by whom?

Are you able to access at least some ballot qualification data from previous elections? What is available and what is not? Why not?
